New Training Schedule

After a weekend of wedding debauchery, I am getting back into my off-season training schedule. Here's what I'm thinking.....
Monday - Fried chicken, football hot wings and beer
Tuesday - Watch some TV
Wednesday - Playstation Day!!!!
Thursday - Drinks with friends, mow the lawn
Friday - Happy Hour :)
Saturday - Game day....beer and braughts
Sunday - recover from game hangover, lots of NFL

Pretty agressive but I think I can handle it!

Anyway, here is what I'm thinking for real
Monday - Bike in the morning, lift at lunch
Tuesday - Track work-out
Wednesday - Eliptical, lift
Thursday - swim
Friday - off
Saturday - some activity....hiking, bike, drinking....whatever
Sunday - A long run
